As a mindset and practice, "green" is transforming the business of real estate—from the way we consider a triple-bottom-line approach to sustainability to the specific manner in which we renovate existing homes and build new ones. Green 100: Real Estate for a Sustainable Future, the first day of curriculum for NAR's Green Designation, serves as the foundation for this designation program. This course helps students understand the role of real estate in finding the balance between people, planet, and prosperity. This course also educates students on the wide array of nationally recognized certifications and ratings programs that evaluate homes, products, energy efficiency, and professionals.
Students who are members in good standing with NAR will receive a free year of membership with NAR's Green REsource Council once they have successfully completed two of the required courses—Green 100, Green 200, and Green 300. When students successfully complete all three required courses, they will be conferred NAR's Green Designation.

Product Expiration
Access to this product will expire in six months from the date of purchase (unless your state’s CE requirements are different). Following the six months, up to 2 three-month extensions can be purchased for $49 each.
Continuing Education Information

CE credit for the number of hours indicated is automatically included at no additional charge. The CE Shop manages the CE credit program for most of the REALTOR® University courses. After a course is completed, you will receive an email from The CE Shop with the steps that need to be taken to receive your CE credit.

CE credit is administered as per individual instructions provided and additional fee, if any, is indicated.
If your state is not listed below,
you may take the course and benefit from the knowledge and enhanced professionalism, but you will not receive CE credit.
