Definition: "Course" applies to the content, printed material, and any electronic delivery of LLI’s or customers (the "licensee") content and services.

Licensee hereby grants users with a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Course for viewing purposes. Users agree to pay the stated Course fee to LLI.

LIMITATIONS OF CLAIMS

Any action on any claim against LLI must be brought by the user within one (1) year following the date the claim first accrued, or shall be deemed waived.

REFUND POLICY

If you wish to apply for a refund of any product purchased via this website it must be done within 30 days of purchase date. Refund requests later than 30 days will not be accepted. To apply, please send us the following information and note the processing fee structure:

   • Your name in full
   • The product name purchased
   • The reason for the refund
2. No credit card information required for refund*

* We will reverse the transaction on same card as original purchase.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This is the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
