Course Overview

The objective of this course is to develop the skills of participants in understanding the needs and behaviour of the people with whom they do business, and to effectively and successfully communicate and negotiate with them. This is accomplished using group discussions, exercises, videos, case studies and workshops. It is oriented towards any person who deals directly and negotiates with consumers of real estate.

Credit is awarded for this FRI Specialty Course upon successful completion of a take-home assignment.
