How do I access the courses?


If you have not already registered or purchased a course then go to the Home page and select which course you want to take by clicking on the course title. There are two options to choose from: CE version or Non-CE version.

If you have already registered or purchased a course then simply Login and resume your course by clicking on the course title. The course title will also automatically update with your course progress.

How do I update account info?


If you have forgotten or want to change your password please use the forgot password functionality by clicking here.

If you need to change your personal information, please contact your local association directly.

I forgot which email address I used to register?


If you have forgotten your email address, please contact InfoServices at 800-874-6500 or infoservices@realtors.org.

How do I update/change my NRDS ID?


Please contact your local association for all NRDS related items such as last name or NRDS ID issues.

I forgot my NRDS ID and I am unable to register.

How do I get CE Credit for more than one state?


CE Credit is not available in more than one state.

I did not receive my CE Confirmation (email)?


Please note there are two certificates:
  1. The Code of Ethics Training completion certificate confirms you have met the Code of Ethics Training requirement.
  2. A separate CE certificate confirms you have met the CE credit requirements for your state and is provided by the CE Shop.
To access your CE certificate:
  1. Please login to verify you successfully completed the CE version of the Code of Ethics course. CE credit is not available until after successful completion of the CE version of the Code of Ethics course.
  2. After successful completion of the Code of Ethics course:
    1. You will receive a confirmation email from compliance partner, the CE Shop. Please check your email and your spam folder for the email from CE Shop.
    2. IMPORTANT: You will need to complete additional steps to earn your CE credits as outlined in the CE Shop email (complete survey and digital signature).
    3. After you have completed the steps in the CE Shop email you can access a copy of your certificate at https://www.theceshop.com/login
    4. If you are still experiencing CE issues please contact CE Shop toll free at 1.888.827.0777 or support@theceshop.com.

My CE credits were not reported to state?

Which state did I select for CE?


  1. The state selected for CE credit is displayed after login on the home page.
  2. Your receipt and confirmation email will also display the state selected for CE credit.

What is the difference between COE and CE expiration date?


The COE expiration date is the end of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training cycle. The end of the current cycle is December 31, 2016.

The CE expiration date is the deadline for completing the course as required by your state licensing body.

Note: Simply login to see the CE expiration date on the home page under course title.

Why are there two versions of the Code of Ethics Course?


Both versions of the Code of Ethics course meet the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training requirements for REALTORS®.

REALTOR® members asked for enhancements to the online ethics courses provided by the National Association of REALTORS®, that included an option for continuing education credit.

Did I complete the course and/or which version did I complete?

How do I get to the CE exam in Illinois?


  1. To schedule your proctored exam contact the CE shop at 888.827.0777 or support@theceshop.com for your username and password. After receipt of the username and password, please login to resume the course.

Note there is no exam in non-CE version

How do I get to the exam?


There is no exam in the non-CE version of the course.

The final exam in the CE version of the course is located after the last module (slide 49).

How many exam attempts do I have remaining?


There is no exam in the non-CE version of the course and you have unlimited attempts to successfully complete the course and module quizzes before the cycle deadline of December 31, 2016.

The number of attempts to pass the final exam of the CE Version is set by the state regulatory body.

I can't move forward to the next page of the course/page is stuck.


Most course pages have activities that must be viewed to proceed to the next page. Please confirm you have ‘clicked’ on all items (buttons, images, bullets, etc.) on the page.

I need a copy of my Code of Ethics Training certificate of completion (different from CE Certificate).

What is the Code of Ethics Training expiration date?


The last date to successfully complete the course to meet the current cycle requirements is December 31, 2016.

What was my exam score?


NON CE version does nothave a final exam, only end module quizzes. We do not track nor keep the end module quiz scores.

CE Version:

What were my exam answers and/or which did I got wrong?


The NON CE version does not have a final exam only end module quizzes. You will receive immediate feedback on each quiz question.

In the CE version of the course, we are unable to distribute exam questions or answer information due to state regulatory body rules.

When did I start or complete the course?


Please login and the home page will display the course start and completion date.

Where am I in the course?


  • Please login and the home page will reflect your progress including module number and slide number.
  • Click the course title and the course will automatically start where you last left off.

Which version am I taking? CE or Non-CE Version


  • Please login and the home page will display which version you are taking.
  • Click the course title and course will automatically start where you last left off.

Why does my course say I have to take it again from beginning?


This message will only appear on the CE version of the course and indicates that you did not successfully pass the final exam and all attempts have been exhausted and thus state rules say that you must retake the course from the beginning (at no cost) and retake exam until successfully completed.

Why does my course say it has expired?


The Non CE Course expires December 31, 2016

The CE Version of the expires the earlier of December 31, 2016 or the deadline indicated by your state regulatory body. Note: Please login and the homepage will display the course expiration date(s).

The Non CE version of the course is FREE.

The CE version of the course is $29.95 in all states:

The Non CE version of the course is FREE and no refunds are available.

The CE version of the course is $29.95. Refunds will be given if less than 50% of course has been completed and it has been less than 30 days since the purchase date.
